The hotel's location is just perfect as it is situated near different attractions and must-see places. The staff is accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The room decoration adds to the overall experience giving a feeling of being transported to a distant place. the breakfast spread is worth it despite being simple.
Finding the hotel's entrance is a bit challenging due to its layout. On the first night, we were assigned a room with a poor view but were kindly transferred to a better one on the following day.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant street life. - the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, offering good value for the price.
There was a lack of hot water for a day and a half towards the end of our stay. The coffee in the room was a 3-in-1 Nescafe, which may not suit everyone's taste or dietary restrictions.

The hotel is perfectly located just in the middle of Istiklal street, in front of the British embassy, surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and public transport. It's close enough to the main pedestrian boulevard, yet away from the noise. the staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our bags to the second floor. the hotel also has a great terrace with a view.
The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
